Do you have a size chart? What size should I order?
You can find a size chart on the product page next to the size selection and any additional fit notes can be found in the "Size&Fit" tab under product description. If you still have questions about fit and specific questions about styles, please feel free to reach out to our team via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are only accepted at www.lapeauswimwear.com and through our Instagram page(@lapeauswimwear) checkout. la Peau swim accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, PayPal payments and AfterPay. AfterPay is solely offered for domestic orders. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or Venmo. We also offer local payment methods on international orders and these are presented at the checkout.
-Any orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be shipped on the next business day. O-ur shipping center is not open on the weekends or on US Holidays. -Due to COVID19, UPS Expedited Service is available, however it is not guaranteed. -For UPS delivery, we do not ship to PO Box address. -Please be sure to put a physical address to avoid delays. -You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is scanned by UPS. Be sure to check your spam / junk mail if you do not get it. -If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after UPS makes the attempts, the customer will be responsible for all return or reship costs. -If the address you entered is incorrect, we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an "incorrect address" You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for an address change. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses after the order has been shipped. If you put an incorrect address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Please get in contact with our customer service team at support@ firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with details on your order's change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments on international orders at this time.
Do you honor price adjustments?
We honor price adjustments for regular priced items that have been discounted within five(5) days from your purchase date.
When will my order ship?
To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received. Inamorata is only able to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories via USPS
When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.
